K3 Guest Ranch Bed and Breakfast has been featured in the Bed and Breakfast America Magazine and by Peter Greenberg, the Travel Detective for NBC, as one of 4 unique bed and breakfasts. One of these B&Bs is located in Barbadoes, the other is a castle in England and the K3 Guest Ranch here in Cody WY. Cowboy and Indian themes surround the guests where they sleep in real ranch wagons in large rooms overlooking a plush green valley and the mountains beyond. A complete Western Breakfast is cooked over an open fire and served outdoors so guests can view the wild life in the meadow. K3 is locaated just 6 minutes from downtown Cody, WY. The K3 has a unique 1/2 day ranch where we visit Stormy and Zip our two trick horses, travel to see the Wild Mustangs, take a hay ride and have a picnic all in a half day. Fishing at the ranch and horseshoes along with great star watching will round out a perfect day. Another special treat awaits our guests. In 2008 K3 added a referbished 1897 Sheep Herder Wagon, fitted with air conditioning, hot and cold running water and electric lanterns. A new modern bathhouse next to the wagons balcony provides a luxery the sheepherder never had.
